Justice by All Means

Founded by Reshanda Russell, Justice By All Means was built out of necessity — to bring strategy, hope, and legal muscle to families left behind by traditional legal systems. As a Black and women-led legal consulting firm, we specialize in document preparation and legal strategy across state and federal courts.

Our work centers on truth, timing, and transformation. From challenging unconstitutional sentences to helping self-represented individuals file like professionals, we equip our clients with the tools to fight back — and win.

We are a dedicated team of advocates, consultants, and community leaders committed to fighting for justice, civil rights, and the dignity of all impacted individuals. Our mission is to empower families, expose corruption, and stand on the frontlines for those who have been silenced or overlooked. We believe in the power of truth, faith, and resilience. Ms. Reshanda Russell – Founder, Advocate, Mother

My deepest desire is for my purpose to align with what God is blessing and calling me to do. Becoming a mother to my only child, Reshaun Martin, has been a life-changing experience—one that ignited a fierce determination within me to advocate not only for my son, but also for those who cannot speak for themselves.

At just 17 years old, Reshaun—facing his first-ever charge—was declared not mentally competent to stand trial. Yet, he was coerced into accepting a negotiated plea of 30 years in prison. That injustice has fueled my mission and given voice to my purpose.

This journey has led me to a place of deep passion and unwavering purpose. In addition to criminal justice advocacy, I have been called to care for and support families affected by spinal cord and brain injuries. Through personal experiences and divine guidance, I have developed a profound compassion for individuals facing some of life’s most difficult challenges.

Each step I take is guided by faith and a commitment to uplift, support, and fight for the dignity, freedom, and care that every human being deserves. My advocacy is not just a role—it's a calling, and it is rooted in love, justice, and relentless hope.

Meg Keller - Legal Consultant

Meg Keller brings extensive experience as a paralegal and legal consultant. She is deeply committed to helping families navigate wrongful incarceration, unconstitutional practices, and systemic abuse. With a sharp eye for detail and unwavering passion for justice, Meg provides strategic support, legal document drafting, and grassroots advocacy coordination. Her efforts are fueled by faith and a fierce belief that no one should be denied justice because of their circumstances.
